><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Das \u201c<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.icehouse.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MediBank IceHouse<\/a><\/strong>\u201d liegt in Melbourne&#8217;s Dockland Gebiet und ist Australien&#8217;s gr\u00f6ssste und angesehenste Eis Arena.<\/p>\n<p>Bei solchen Anwendungen, ist ein verl\u00e4ssliches und effizientes K\u00e4ltesystem unerl\u00e4sslich um konstante Temperatur und Luftfeuchte kontrolliert einzuhalten. Ohne eine geeignetes K\u00e4ltesystem k\u00f6nnen viele Probleme auftreten, wie \u00fcberh\u00f6hte Feuchtigkeit, aus der Kondensation entsteht und Tropfen sowie ungleich beaufschlagte Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/p>\n<h3>Anwendungszweck<\/h3>\n<p>Der Zweck dieses Projektes war der Austausch des vorhandenen Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchlers gegen einen neueren und effizienteren. Die vorhandene Installation zeigte einige Schw\u00e4chen: es war nur m\u00f6glich Eis bei 80l\/s und -12 \u00b0C zu erzeugen ohne den Feuchtigkeitswert zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Daher, war der Hauptzweck des Projektes <strong>die Temperatur zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und die Feuchte kontrolliert konstant zu halten<\/strong>. Zus\u00e4tzlich war es erforderlich den Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler so zu konstruieren, dass er <strong>komplett zerlegt<\/strong> werden konnte <strong>und wieder in den Technikraum eingepasst wurde<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt welches von Geoclima entwickelt wurde betraf die Konstruktion und Produktion eines Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchlers <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/pro\/ghh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GHH B2240 WT-04<\/a><\/strong> mit Schraubenverdichter und einer K\u00e4lteleistung von 770 KW. Die haupts\u00e4chliche Besonderheit lag in der Konstruktion des <strong>Durchlaufk\u00fchlers<\/strong>, der von der Geoclima R&amp;D Abteilung, gemeinsam mit CROM Ingenieuren entwickelt wurde und somit mit zwei unterschiedlichen Bedingungen betrieben werden konnte: bei 80l\/s mit -12 \u00b0C zur <strong>Eiserzeugung\u00a0<\/strong>und mit 40 l\/s zur <strong>Entfeuchtung<\/strong>. Eine Standardl\u00f6sung, wie sie vorher ausgef\u00fchrt war, konnte nicht mit beiden Bedingen betrieben werden, mit dem Ergebnis entweder mit dem Modus f\u00fcr\u00a0\u201cEiserzeugung\u201d oder nur zur\u00a0\u201cEntfeuchtung\u201d. Dies war der Grund f\u00fcr Geoclima eine spezielle L\u00f6sung zu konstruieren.<\/p>\n<p>Neben den Betriebsbedingungen, war dies ein sehr herausforderndes Projekt auch aus dem Gesichtspunkt der Installation. In der Tat war es erforderlich das Ger\u00e4t so zu bauen, dass es komplett demontiert werden konnte, zum Transport \u00fcber das Eis, Einbringung \u00fcber eine Decken\u00f6ffnung ungef\u00e4hr 1880 mm\u00b2 und dann wieder Einbau in den Maschinenraum.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n<p>Die meisten Firmen haben dieses Projekt abgelehnt da es eine sehr innovatives Konzept und L\u00f6sung erforderte.
