><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Evonik ist ein weltweitf\u00fchrendes spezielles Chemieunternehmen, t\u00e4tig in den Gesch\u00e4ftsbereichen von Chemikalien, Energie und Immobilien. Evonik besch\u00e4ftigt ca. 33.000 Angestellte und \u00fcbt seine Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit in mehr als 100 L\u00e4ndern aus.<\/p>\n<h3>Einsatzzweck<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt betrifft den Ersatz eines R22 Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchlers der in dem Evonik K\u00fchlturm in Essen installiert ist durch einen neuen Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler, um damit die spezifischen Anforderungen bez\u00fcglich Effizienz und Umwelteinfl\u00fcsse zu erf\u00fcllen.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr dieses Projekt entwickelte CROM und die Geoclima R &amp; D Abteilung einen Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler mit speziellen W\u00e4rmeaustauschern. Der Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler ist ein 154 KW wassergek\u00fchlter VHH mit vier getrennten K\u00e4ltekreisl\u00e4ufen und K\u00e4ltemittel R1270.<\/p>\n<p>Die K\u00e4ltemittelmenge wurde erheblich von 600 kg R22 aus der vorherigen Anlage auf 32 kg R1270 in dem neuen Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler reduziert: R1270 erzeugt hohe Leistung und sichert gleichzeitig niedrige Umweltsch\u00e4den zu bei einem GWP =3.<\/p>\n<p>CROM hat einen mit Titan stabilisierten Edelstahl W\u00e4rmeaustauscher gebaut. Dieser spezielle Stahl ist besonders f\u00fcr Anwendung in der chemischen Industrie empfohlen, um dabei das Korrosionsrisiko zu reduzieren und das keine besondere thermische Behandlung nach dem Schwei\u00dfen erfordert.<\/p>\n<p>Es gibt in dem Gebiet viele private Wohnh\u00e4user in der Umgebung des Werkes und daher mussten die Ger\u00e4uschwerte minimiert und unter 74 dbA eingehalten werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler ist komplett \u201eeingehaust\u201c in einem Rahmengestell mit demontierbaren Verkleidungsblechen, die die Zug\u00e4nglichkeit bei Wartungsarbeiten an dem Ger\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht. Der Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler wurde dann in einem speziellen Container, vom Kunden beigestellt, eingebaut und mit einen speziellen Dichtigkeitsmess System verbunden, um den Sicherheitsstand weiter zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n<p>Von einem strukturellen Faktor aus betrachtet, erforderte das Projekt, daher, spezielle und akkurate Konstruktion, um die spezifischen Anforderungen bez\u00fcglich Platzverh\u00e4ltnisse und Sicherheit einzuhalten.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n<p>Der neue Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler von Geoclima geliefert wurde , hat alle spezifischen Anforderungen erf\u00fcllt und versichert hohe Effizienz, grosse Wirtschaftlichkeit und niedrige
