K\u00fchlung und Konservierung von Weintrauben' alt='UVAS DOCE - K\u00fchlung und Konservierung von Weintrauben' srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20161122_161531-495x400.jpg 495w, https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/20161122_161531-845x684.jpg 845w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/div><\/a><\/div><\/div><\/p><\/div><div  class='flex_column av-1bxei74-e78a5624cde3a93e5d3fa71a5c6bfa95 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-4  el_after_av_one_full  avia-builder-el-last  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-o596ao-fbdf5377db238a6d492ea6a992a1e4f3 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Antecedentes<\/h3>\n<p>Para una de las principales empresas europeas de cultivo y exportaci\u00f3n de uva, <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/uvasdoce.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uvas Doce S.L.<\/a><\/strong>, Geoclima ha colaborado con el cliente Frimavi en la sustituci\u00f3n de la planta de refrigeraci\u00f3n de la instalaci\u00f3n en Monforte del Cid, Alicante, Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<h3>Objetivos<\/h3>\n<p>El prop\u00f3sito del proyecto era proporcionar una soluci\u00f3n altamente eficiente y de ahorro de energ\u00eda, reduciendo las emisiones de carbono y, de esta manera, asegurando tambi\u00e9n un bajo impacto ambiental.<\/p>\n<h3>Proyecto<\/h3>\n<p>Para este proyecto Geoclima ha dise\u00f1ado y producido dos unidades GHA de 300 kW con HFO1234ze para una potencia total de 600 kW y un COP de refrigeraci\u00f3n m\u00e1ximo de 2,4\/2,6 (W\/W).<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de una instalaci\u00f3n de refrigeraci\u00f3n de proceso para la refrigeraci\u00f3n y conservaci\u00f3n de la uva.<\/p>\n<p>En esta instalaci\u00f3n las uvas vendimiadas se someten a un &#8220;enfriamiento por aire&#8221; mediante el cual el aire fr\u00edo a alta presi\u00f3n capta y elimina el calor del producto, enfri\u00e1ndolo. El aire fr\u00edo pasa por el palet y cada media hora cambia la direcci\u00f3n del flujo de aire para garantizar la m\u00e1xima uniformidad de la temperatura. Cada hora se procesan 12 toneladas de uva: entran a una temperatura de unos 26\/28 \u00b0C y salen a 1\/3 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<h3>Resultados<\/h3>\n<p>Esta soluci\u00f3n proporcionada por Geoclima asegura altos niveles de eficiencia, con un COP de refrigeraci\u00f3n en torno a 2,4 y 2,6 (W\/W), y, al mismo tiempo, proporciona un impacto medioambiental muy bajo, gracias al uso del refrigerante HFO-1234ze con GWP&lt;1.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":14399,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"tags":[],"portfolio_entries":[7691,7688],"class_list":["post-14447","portfolio","type-portfolio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","portfolio_entries-europa-de","portfolio_entries-spanien"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.4 (Yoast SEO v27.4) -
