itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Eine wichtige polnische Lebensmittelindustrie hat die Erweiterung der Fleischverarbeitungsanlagen abgeschlossen. Diese Erweiterung hat auch zu einer erheblichen Steigerung der thermischen Anforderung gef\u00fchrt , die nicht durch bestehende Chiller realisiert werden konnte.<\/p>\n<h3>Ziele<\/h3>\n<p>Der neue Chiller musste so konstruiert sein, dass er die K\u00fchlung von Fleischverarbeitungszellen erm\u00f6glicht, in denen unterschiedliche Temperaturzonen vorhanden sind. Unser polnischer Partner Energycool war f\u00fcr die Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme des neuen Chillers verantwortlich, der auf dem Dach des technischen Geb\u00e4udes des Werks platziert werden sollte.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima hat eine Luftgek\u00fchlte Maschine von 850-kW so entworfen: 4 unabh\u00e4ngigen Kreisl\u00e4ufen, als Redundanz; stufenlos Schraubenkompressoren, um eine bessere Leistungsregelung zu erlauben; Microchannel Aluminiumkondensatoren um einen hohen Wirkungsgrad zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Ger\u00e4t wurde in einer &#8220;Niedrigtemperatur&#8221; -Version entwickelt, die Glykol bei -6 \u00b0 C unter Verwendung von R1234ze-K\u00e4ltemittel mit geringer Umweltbelastung (GWP &lt;1) produzieren kann.<\/p>\n<h3>Begr\u00fcndungen<\/h3>\n<p>Die Gr\u00fcnde dieser Entscheidung ist, dass das Paar Energycool-Geoclima eine vorteilhafte Kombination von Erfahrung, Technologie und qualitativ hochwertigen Service bieten kann, bewiesen von fr\u00fcheren \u00e4hnlichen Projekten (ein anderen Geoclima Chiller wurde vier Monate zuvor geliefert). Hinzu kommt die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich auf den Fernzugriff auf das Ger\u00e4t und einen effektiven Nachverkauf mit zeitnahen Eingriffen vor Ort verlassen zu
