><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima gilt als f\u00fchrendes K\u00e4lteunternehmen im Weinsektor. Die <a href=\"http:\/\/sutto.it\/it\/sutto-wine\/\">Sutto Family<\/a>, eine seit 1933 in Italien hergestellte Marke, hat Geoclima beauftragt, ein wichtiges Ad-hoc-Projekt zur Kontrolle von \u00fcber 30.000 hl Wein in den G\u00e4r-, Vinifizierungs- und Wartungsprozessen ihres Kellers durchzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<h3>Ziele<\/h3>\n<p>Hauptanliegen des Projekts war es, ein H\u00f6chstma\u00df an Energieeinsparung und Umweltvertr\u00e4glichkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Zwei Hauptpunkte unserer gesamten Produktion und der Grund, warum Sutto Family uns f\u00fcr diesen prestigetr\u00e4chtigen Auftrag ausgew\u00e4hlt hat.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung bei der G\u00e4rung, Weinbereitung und Instandhaltung von \u00fcber 30.000 hl Wein wurde ein 600 kW <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Circlemiser<\/a>-K\u00fchler mit Turbocor-Kompressoren, exklusiven zylindrischen Kondensatoren, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/dnc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DNC<\/a> (Dynamic Noise Control) und dem \u00f6kologischen K\u00e4ltemittel HFO-1234ze installiert (GWP &lt;1).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung im Abf\u00fcllprozess von \u00fcber 3.000 hl Wein wurde das brandneue Modell <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/circlemod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Circlemod<\/a> installiert, ein 100 kW luftgek\u00fchlter modularer K\u00fchler mit halbhermetischen Inverter-Kompressoren, exklusiven zylindrischen Kondensatoren und nat\u00fcrlichem K\u00e4ltemittel R290 (GWP = 3).<\/p>\n<p>Um die Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit das ganze Jahr \u00fcber in dem neuen Fassraum, der derzeit aus 160 F\u00e4ssern besteht, konstant zu halten, wurde eine 7.000 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/ h <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climatech.at\">Climatech<\/a>-Luftaufbereitungsanlage installiert, die von einem zweiteiligen K\u00fchlaggregat gespeist wird, das aus einem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/pro\/vse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VSE<\/a> mit Verdampfer von Geoclima und ein modularer 40 kW <a href=\"https:\/\/www.althermo.com\">Althermo<\/a>-Fernkondensator besteht.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p>Das Ergebnis ist eine Anlage mit einem hohen technologischen Inhalt, bei dem alle Geoclima-Spitzenleistungen das Leistungsniveau einer renommierten Marke bieten, die auf Qualit\u00e4t und Respekt vor der Umwelt sehr
