><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Das <i>Sports Training Village<\/i> an der Universit\u00e4t von Bath ist eine multidisziplin\u00e4re Trainingsumgebung von Weltklasse, in der \u00fcber 50 Sportarten stattfinden und in die regelm\u00e4\u00dfig wichtigen internationalen Wettbewerbe wie der Tennis Fed Cup und die Europameisterschaft Moderner Pentathlon stattfinden.<\/p>\n<h3>Ziele<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt, das zusammen mit unseren englischen Partnern Cooltherm durchgef\u00fchrt wurde, bestand darin, einen alten K\u00fchler durch einen kompakteren und gleichzeitig effizienteren und leistungsf\u00e4higeren zu ersetzen. Die Leistung des neuen K\u00fchlers musste kalibriert werden, um auch einen neuen Geb\u00e4udefl\u00fcgel zu versorgen, der die erforderliche K\u00fchllast erh\u00f6hte.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Die neue K\u00e4ltemaschine wurde entwickelt, nachdem die Nutzung des vorhandenen Systems \u00fcberwacht und n\u00fctzliche Daten von den Energiez\u00e4hlern gesammelt wurden. Auf diese Weise konnte die maximale K\u00fchlleistung ermittelt werden, die f\u00fcr die Versorgung des gesamten Geb\u00e4udes einschlie\u00dflich der neuen Erweiterung erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Deshalb haben wir eine luftgek\u00fchlte 450 kW Turbomiser-Einheit mit zwei kleineren \u00f6lfreien Radialkompressoren entworfen, um dem K\u00fchler die notwendige Kompaktheit mit einer h\u00f6heren Leistung und Effizienz als beim alten Ger\u00e4t zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, um sich aber an den reservierten Bereich auf dem Dach des Geb\u00e4udes anzupassen.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Universit\u00e4t ihren CO2-Fu\u00dfabdruck st\u00e4ndig \u00fcberwacht, wurde das Ger\u00e4t au\u00dferdem so konzipiert, dass die beste Leistung f\u00fcr Teillasten und minimale Winterlasten gew\u00e4hrleistet ist und das K\u00e4ltemittel HFO1234ze mit dem niedrigsten GWP-Gehalt verwendet wird.<\/p>\n<h3>Herausforderungen<\/h3>\n<p>Die Installation war eine zweifache Herausforderung: Zum einen musste der Austausch des Systems so schnell wie m\u00f6glich erfolgen, um den Athleten keine Beschwerden zu bereiten. Auf der anderen Seite war der Parkplatz ziemlich eng und der zum Anheben des K\u00fchlers ben\u00f6tigte Kran konnte ihn nicht betreten. Dank der Hilfe des Terranova-Hebespezialisten wurde eine alternative L\u00f6sung mit zwei Kranen gefunden: Der erste hob den K\u00fchler vom Parkplatz in einem Brunnen des Geb\u00e4udes, der zweite kleinere Kran positionierte den K\u00fchler in seiner endg\u00fcltigen Position.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p>Unser Turbomiser erm\u00f6glicht eine stabile Teilleistung bis zu einer unglaublichen Leistung von 50 kW, was perfekt f\u00fcr Wintertage ist, an denen die erforderliche Last sehr gering ist. Gleichzeitig kann diese Maschine mit zwei Kompressoren in den Sommermonaten erforderliche gr\u00f6\u00dfere K\u00fchlleistung bereitstellen und dem Kunden die integrierte Redundanz seines Kaltwassersystems in einer Einheit
