><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bracco.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bracco<\/a> ist eine internationale Gruppe, die t\u00e4tig und f\u00fchrend in der diagnostischen Bildgebung im Gesundheitssektor ist. Das Unternehmen besch\u00e4ftigt rund 3.420 Mitarbeiter und erzielt einen konsolidierten Jahresumsatz von rund 1,3 Milliarden Euro, davon 86% aus dem internationalen Umsatz. Im Jahr 2019 startete Bracco das Hexagon-Projekt, eine Investition von 60 Millionen Euro, f\u00fcr den Bau eines neuen multifunktionalen Geb\u00e4udes in Genf, das die Produktion und Vermarktung seines Flaggschiffprodukts \u00fcbernehmen wird.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Ziele<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr das K\u00fchlsystem des neuen Geb\u00e4udes wollte der Designer &#8211; Jacobs Italia &#8211; das Beste in Bezug auf Effizienz, Kompaktheit und Ruhe, das auf dem Markt erh\u00e4ltlich ist. Also wandten sie sich an Geoclima, um zwei wassergek\u00fchlte K\u00e4ltemaschinen zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt 1<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima hat zwei wassergek\u00fchlte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a> mit \u00f6lfreien Radialkompressoren f\u00fcr eine Gesamtk\u00fchlleistung von 1300 kW entwickelt. Die K\u00e4ltemaschinen sind f\u00fcr die Verwendung des HFO-1234ze ausgelegt, des umweltfreundlichsten K\u00e4ltemittels der Welt (GWP &lt;1), und k\u00f6nnen EER-Werte von 5,35 (W \/ W) * garantieren.<\/p>\n<h3>Entwicklungen<\/h3>\n<p>Die f\u00fcr das Hexagon-Projekt gelieferten Einheiten beeindruckten durch die Leistung und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit so positiv, dass der Kunde beschloss, Geoclima auch die Ersetzung von zwei alte Konkurrenzeinheiten in einem anderen Geb\u00e4ude zu beauftragen, neben der Entwicklung eines Managementsystems (<i>Building Automation System<\/i>) f\u00fcr die Rotation und Effizienz der Einheiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt 2<\/h3>\n<p>F\u00fcr das zweite Geb\u00e4ude hat Geoclima zwei Einheiten entwickelt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ein luftgek\u00fchlter <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a> mit \u00f6lfreien Radialkompressoren mit 438 kW und einem EER von 3,69 (W\/W)*;<\/li>\n<li>eine luftgek\u00fchlte <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/g-range\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">G-Range<\/a> mit 432 kW Schraubenkompressoren f\u00fcr eine sehr effiziente W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Auch f\u00fcr diese K\u00e4ltemaschinen wurde der HFO-1234ze verwendet, um die Energieeffizienz zu erh\u00f6hen und die Umweltbelastung zu
