><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cbsltd.lk\/\">Consolidated Business Systems Ltd<\/a>\u00a0wurde 1979 gegr\u00fcndet und ist eines der f\u00fchrenden Exportunternehmen in Sri Lanka f\u00fcr eine breite Produktpalette, unter denen Tee, Kokosnussprodukte, frisches Obst, Gem\u00fcse, Trockenfutter, Tiefk\u00fchlkost und viele andere exotische Produkte. Das Unternehmen verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine st\u00e4ndig wachsende internationale Kundschaft und exportiert in \u00fcber 60 L\u00e4nder in Asien, Afrika, Europa, Australien und Nordamerika.<\/p>\n<h3>Zwecke<\/h3>\n<p>Der Hauptzweck der Anlage bestand darin, gek\u00fchltes Wasser f\u00fcr die Prozessk\u00fchlung ohne Verwendung von Glykol im Wasserkreislauf bereitzustellen, um zu verhindern, dass sich das Glykolwasser mit dem Lebensmittelprozess vermischt. Tats\u00e4chlich wird bei dieser Anwendung Art die Prozesssicherheit als grunds\u00e4tzlich angesehen.<\/p>\n<h3>Herausforderungen<\/h3>\n<p>Au\u00dferdem musste das System zwei weitere Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen: die erste Herausforderung war eine hohe Energieeffizienz zu gew\u00e4hrleisten; die zweite bestand darin, eine Einheit zu entwickeln, die das System gleichzeitig vollst\u00e4ndig und kompakt macht.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Um diesen Anforderungen zu erf\u00fcllen, hat unsere Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung die folgende L\u00f6sung entwickelt: die K\u00e4ltemaschine wurde mit einem zus\u00e4tzlichen Verdampfer und einer Umw\u00e4lzpumpe mit Glykol-Kreislauf ausgestattet. Sowohl der Verdampfer als auch die Pumpe k\u00f6nnen mit dem Ger\u00e4testeuerungssystem gesteuert werden, sodass kein zus\u00e4tzliches Steuerungssystem installiert werden muss.<\/p>\n<p>Die K\u00e4ltemaschine ist eine 588 kW GHA mit zwei Schraubenkompressoren, um auch bei Teillast den erforderlichen Wirkungsgrad zu erreichen.
