><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ringstedforsyning.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ringsted Forsyning<\/a> ist ein Unternehmen, dass Fernw\u00e4rme f\u00fcr 7000 Einfamilienh\u00e4user, Schulen, B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude und Einkaufszentren bereitstellt. 2020 wurde beschlossen, die W\u00e4rmeerzeugung auf innovative Weise zu \u00fcberarbeiten.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorhaben<\/h3>\n<p>Die neue W\u00e4rmeerzeugung sollte das Fernw\u00e4rmenetz in einer kosteng\u00fcnstigen, zuverl\u00e4ssigen und CO<sub>2<\/sub> armen Art und Weise mit W\u00e4rme versorgen.<br \/>\nDie umfassende Neuplanung der Anlagen fokusierte sich auf die Verwenundung von W\u00e4rmepumpen und weiteren innovativen Technologien. Diese W\u00e4rmepumpen erzeugen W\u00e4rme, indem sie alle potentiellen W\u00e4rmequellen nutzen, und damit das Fernw\u00e4rmenetz unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Dank der gro\u00dfen Erfahrung im Einsatz von Turbocor-Kompressoren wurde Geoclima von <a href=\"http:\/\/www.danfosso.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Danfoss<\/a> in das Projekt mit involviert. Wir entwickelten die erste \u00f6lfreie K\u00e4ltemaschine 2004 und seit damals haben wir uns darauf spezialisiert, die maximale Leistung aus dieser L\u00f6sung herauszuholen. So viel, dass wir heute in der Lage sind, auch Systeme f\u00fcr Hei\u00dfwasseranwendungen zu liefern.<\/p>\n<p>Die Idee ist, \u00fcblicherweise verschwendete Abw\u00e4rme zu nutzen, und diese mit Hilfe der W\u00e4rmepumpen in das Fernw\u00e4rmenetz einzuleiten. Um das zu erreichen, muss die Kondensationstemperatur auf ein betr\u00e4chtliches Niveau gebracht werden. Zur Anwendung kommt HFO 1234ze, das umweltschonenste K\u00e4ltemittel auf dem Markt (GWP &lt;1).<\/p>\n<p>Es ist eine komplett ma\u00dfgeschneiderte L\u00f6sung, auch was den Aufbau und das Aussehen der Ger\u00e4te betrifft. Der Maschinenraum ist sehr eng (2.7&#215;1.2 m). Wir w\u00e4hlten deshalb ein modulares Design der Ger\u00e4te. Dies erlaubt eine einfache Installation, Wartung und Ersatzteiltausch. Desweiteren waren wir Dank der Flexibilit\u00e4t unserer Regelungssoftware in der Lage, diese komplett in die bestehende GLT einzubinden. Und zu guter Letzt haben wir durch unser Fernwartungssystem Zugriff auf den Ger\u00e4testatus in Realtime.<\/p>\n<h3>Das Ergebnis<\/h3>\n<p>Die Entwicklung solcher hochinnovativen W\u00e4rmepumpen ist f\u00fcr Geoclma ein Meilenstein. Wir reden \u00fcber Maschinen, die f\u00e4hig sind, mit extrem variablen Temperaturzust\u00e4nde zu arbeiten. Die Temperaturen schwanken zwischen 50 \u00b0C und 67 \u00b0C auf der Kondensatorseite, und gleichzeit zwischen 35 \u00b0C und 21 \u00b0C auf der Verdampferseite. Besonders die Verdampfungstemperaturen sind sehr hoch, wenn man bedenkt, dass Kompressoren \u00fcblicherweise mit K\u00fchlwassertemperaturen von 6\/7 \u00b0C arbeiten. Ferner m\u00fcssen die Ger\u00e4te die geforderten Temperaturen auch bei stark schwankenden Wasserdurchs\u00e4tzen bereitstellen. Diese k\u00f6nnen von Volllast 100% auf nur 10% Last variieren.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere R&amp;D Abteilung musste mit extremen Herausfoderungen fertig werden, welche auf hervorragende und erfolgreiche Weise gemeistert wurden. Es wurde ein High-Tech System entwickelt, das als Referenz f\u00fcr Heizungsl\u00f6sungen mit Low-GWP K\u00e4ltemittel dient.<\/p>\n<p>Dank der innovativen Anlage kann Ringsted sehr hohe Energieeinsparungen erreichen und erwarten den CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Aussto\u00df f\u00fcr 2021, um 88% reduzieren zu k\u00f6nnnen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='avia-video
