Das Unternehmen hat \u00fcber 600 Mitarbeiter und betreibt ein etabliertes Netzwerk von lokalen Landwirten als Zuliefere. Das Unternehmen vereint Tradition und Innovation und legt auch besonderes Augenmerk auf den Schutz der Umwelt.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorhaben<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt besteht aus der Installation einer neuen HLK-Anlage auf dem Dach des Geb\u00e4udes, in der verschiedene Wurstwaren hergestellt werden. Die Anforderungen, die das System erf\u00fcllen muss, sind Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, Energieeffizienz und minimale Umweltbelastung.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Gemeinsam mit unserem polnischen Partner <a href=\"https:\/\/energycool.pl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Energycool<\/a> haben wir ein luftgek\u00fchltes 150-kW-Aggregat mit Schraubenkompressoren und einen luftgek\u00fchlten 170-kW-Chiller mit Kolbenkompressoren entwickelt. Die Kaltwassers\u00e4tze k\u00fchlen das Propylenglykol\/Wasser-Gemisch auf -6 \u00b0C ab, das dann zu den Gebl\u00e4sekonvektoren in den Produktionsr\u00e4umen transportiert wird. Beide Kaltwassers\u00e4tze sind mit einer W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnung zur Vorw\u00e4rmung von Brauchwasser ausgestattet. Dies erm\u00f6glicht eine Reduzierung des Energieverbrauchs mit entsprechendem Nutzen in wirtschaftlicher und \u00f6kologischer Hinsicht.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind die Kaltwassers\u00e4tze f\u00fcr den Einsatz des nat\u00fcrlichen K\u00e4ltemittels R290 (GWP = 3)
