><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.champinter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Champinter<\/a> ist eine der f\u00fchrenden Referenzen f\u00fcr die Kultivierung von Pilzen in Spanien. Das Unternehmen mit eigener Produktion unterh\u00e4lt die gesamte Lieferkette, von Phase 1 bis zur Herstellung seines eigenen Komposts, der durch Phase 2, Phase 3 und schlie\u00dflich Phase 4 f\u00fchrt. Phase 4 betrifft die K\u00fchlung und ist daher diejenige, bei dem ein gr\u00f6\u00dferer Energieverbrauch erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-1szyg4r-c2c44069c281075bbcea13f3570ce983 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lbdkyeji-0fb5c6e8b32989770faa827044dfb3cb '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Vorhaben<\/h3>\n<p>Im Jahr 2018 wurde f\u00fcr Phase 4 durch unseren Partner Instalaciones Frimavi S. L. eine L\u00f6sung mit Schraubenkompressoren Modell <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/pro\/gha-luftgekuhlte-schraubenkaltemaschine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GHA<\/a> geliefert.<\/p>\n<p>Nach Pr\u00fcfung der Funktion und der gezeigten hervorragenden Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit der Geoclima-Ger\u00e4te bat uns der Kunde, ein neues System f\u00fcr die neue Erweiterung von Phase 4. zu entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Der Zweck dieses neuen Projektes war es, maximale Effizienz und Zuverl\u00e4sslichkeit zu erreichen, und mit Respekt vor unserer Umwelt die CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen zu minimieren.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-18b7bij-2df71778abd2b52d54ed77255c8bddd0 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-8  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lbdl04hh-44abb40f5461c23cad22d1015c1f045e '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Unser Vorschlag war der Einsatz von zwei 1000 kW <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Circlemiser<\/a> Maschinen mit Turbocor-Magnetschwebekompressoren und kreisf\u00f6rmigen Kondensatoren mit Microchannel-Technolgie und drei unabh\u00e4ngigen K\u00e4ltemittelkreisen.<\/p>\n<p>Als K\u00e4ltemittel sollte das umweltschonende HFO-1234ze eingesetzt werden (GWP &lt;1-5 \u00b0R des IPCC). Diese Kombinationen machen dieses Modell zur effizientesten luftgek\u00fchlten K\u00e4ltemaschine auf dem Markt, +15% effizienter als andere mit Kompressoren angetriebene K\u00e4ltemaschinen, die \u00d6l zur Schmierung ben\u00f6tigen, mit einem COP von 3.998 und einem SEPR von 8.324 bei Umgebungstemperatur von +35 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-j1pjt7-35dbd477c3c177cc21b3866326f1b49f av_one_full  avia-builder-el-10  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first flex_column_div  column-top-margin'     ><section  class='av_textblock_section av-lbdl0y5c-d33c4967e4aa5c87e1629cf352ff2b6c '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n<p>Nach der Neuinstallation und nach mehreren Monaten in Betrieb, kann definitive gesagt werden, dass die Herausforderung einer weiteren Steigerung der Effizienz, der Verringerung der CO<sub>2<\/sub> -Emissionen und der Erreichung der maximalen Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit erfolgreich gemeistert wurde.
