><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Das Geb\u00e4ude auf dem Plaza Marqu\u00e9s de Salamanca in Madrid stammt aus dem Jahr 1942 und wurde im Jahr 2000, nachdem es einige Jahre lang unbewohnt war, einer kompletten Renovierung unterzogen, um den Anforderungen und Funktionen eines Geb\u00e4udes des 21. Jahrhunderts zu entsprechen.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorhaben<\/h3>\n<p>Das Hauptziel war die Erreichung maximaler Effizienz bei gleichzeitiger Schonung der Umwelt.<\/p>\n<p>2019 erhielten wir die M\u00f6glichkiet das Projekt zu evaluieren, wobei von Anfang an der Wille erkennbar war, eine Anlage mit h\u00f6chster Effizienz und geringsten Auswirkungn auf die Umwelt, und minimalen CO<sub>2<\/sub>-Emissionen zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Unser Vorschlag war die Lieferung mehrerer Einheiten, um alle Anforderungen des Kunden bestm\u00f6glich erf\u00fcllen zu k\u00f6nnen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 x 700 kW Maschinen aus unserer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Circlemiser<\/a> -Serie f\u00fcr die gesamte Klimaanlage des Geb\u00e4udes, welche die Projektanforderungen \u00fcbertrafen.<\/li>\n<li>2 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a>-Maschinen von 500 kW mit Free-Cooling f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung des Rechenzentrums.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Beide Systeme verwenden HFO-1234ze, das weltweit umweltfreundlichste K\u00e4ltemittel mit GWP-Werten &lt;1 (laut einer IPCC-Studie von 2015) und nach Ashrae 34 als A2L klassifiziert.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hecoclima.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hecoclima<\/a> -Mehrzweckger\u00e4t f\u00fcr die gleichzeitige Produktion von K\u00e4lte und W\u00e4rme mit einer K\u00e4lteleistung von 160 kW und einer Heizleistung von 170 kW: Die erzeugte W\u00e4rme ist f\u00fcr das Kundencenter und die K\u00e4lte f\u00fcr K\u00fchlbalken in allen Gescho\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Resultat<\/h3>\n<p>Unsere L\u00f6sung hat die Erwartungen \u00fcbertroffen, sowohl vom Planungsteam als auch vom Bauherrn. Die Anlagen liefern einen EER von 3,45 (W\/W) und einen ESEER von 5,916
