><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uvasdoce.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uvas Doce S.L<\/a> ist ein Agrarunternehmen, das sich auf den Import, Export und der eigenen Produktion von einer Vielzahl von kernlosen Tafeltrauben aus Alto Vinalop\u00f3 in der Provinz Alicante (Spanien) spezialisiert hat.<\/p>\n<h3>Vorhaben<\/h3>\n<p>Bereits im Jahr 2016 haben wir UVAS Doce ein K\u00fchlsystem f\u00fcr ihre Pflanzen geliefert. Da sie mit der Leistung dieser Ger\u00e4te sehr zufrieden waren, beauftragte das spanische Unternehmen uns erneut, eine weitere L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Erweiterung der Produktion und Verkauf zu entwerfen, ohne die K\u00fchlkette zu unterbrechen. Die Priorit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr die neue Anlage waren maximale Effizienz und Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, bei gleichzeitiger Reduktion der CO<sub>2<\/sub> -Emissionen.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Um diese Vorgaben zu erf\u00fcllen, haben wir eine <strong>580 kW <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cirlcemiser<\/a>-K\u00e4ltemaschine<\/strong> mit \u00f6lfreien Zentrifugalkompressoren und mit unserenn kreisf\u00f6rmigen Microchannelkondensatoren (die um bis zu 45% h\u00f6here W\u00e4rmeaustauschoberfl\u00e4che aufweisen) entworfen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde die K\u00e4ltemaschine f\u00fcr die Verwendung von HFO-1234ze konzipiert, das \u00f6kologischste K\u00e4ltemittel der Welt mit GWP-Werten &lt;1 (laut einer IPCC-Studie von 2015) und laut Ashrae 34 als A2L klassifiziert.<\/p>\n<h3>Resultat<\/h3>\n<p>Nach mehreren Monaten in Betrieb darf gesagt werden, dass alle Anforderungen des Kunden erf\u00fcllt wurden, und die Maschine ein hervorragendes Ma\u00df an Effizienz aufweist, mit einem <strong>EER von 3,60
