Glasgow, Schottland, suchte nach einer neuen <strong>L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr die Komfortk\u00fchlung<\/strong>. F\u00fcr dieses Projekt ben\u00f6tigte John Lewis einen Partner, der einzigartige Herausforderungen und eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche <strong>Energieeffizienz<\/strong> mit <strong>minimalen Umweltbelastungen<\/strong> erf\u00fcllen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Das Gesch\u00e4ft in Glasgow musste die alte 1-MW-Schraubenk\u00fchlmaschine ersetzen, die seit fast 20 Jahren in Betrieb war. Das Projekt stellte jedoch eine einzigartige logistische Herausforderung dar: Das Gebiet um das Gesch\u00e4ft war seit der vorherigen Installation erheblich umgestaltet worden, so dass es <strong>unm\u00f6glich<\/strong> war, <strong>herk\u00f6mmliche Kr\u00e4ne<\/strong> f\u00fcr den Austausch der alte Einheit auf dem Dach des Geb\u00e4udes einzusetzen. Aus diesem Grund wurde eine<strong> leichte, modulare und ma\u00dfgeschneiderte<\/strong> Maschine erforderlich.<\/p>\n<p>Um dieses anspruchsvolle Projekt zu bew\u00e4ltigen, entwickelte die Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilung von Geoclima in Zusammenarbeit mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.althermo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Althermo<\/a>, einem innovativen Unternehmen der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/gruppe\/\">Geoclima-Gruppe<\/a>, das auf die Herstellung von ferngesteuerten Verfl\u00fcssigern und Trockenk\u00fchlern spezialisiert ist, eine einzigartige L\u00f6sung. Das Resultat war eine 1-MW-K\u00e4ltemaschine, die aus <strong>drei kondensatorlosen Geoclima-Einheiten<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/pro\/tse\/\">TSE<\/a>) und <strong>drei runden modularen Axialkondensatoren<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.althermo.com\/products\/cmr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CRM<\/a>) von Althermo besteht. Die Maschine wurde in <strong>sieben leichtere Teile<\/strong> <strong>zerlegt<\/strong>, die weniger als eine Tonne wiegen, was eine problemlose Installation auf dem Dach trotz des eingeschr\u00e4nkten Zugangs zum Standort. Nach der Montage vor Ort funktioniert die Anlage wie eine einzige K\u00e4ltemaschine.<\/p>\n<p>Dank dieser innovativen L\u00f6sung konnten wir die Herausforderungen bei der Installation effektiv umgehen und auch alle anderen spezifischen Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen. Die von uns gelieferte K\u00e4ltemaschine ist mit <strong>\u00f6lfreien <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.danfoss.com\/de-de\/products\/dcs\/compressors\/turbocor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbocor<\/a><strong>-Verdichtern<\/strong> mit <strong>zylindrischen Mikrokanal-Axialkondensatoren<\/strong> ausgestattet: eine Kombination, die eine unvergleichlich hohe Energieeffizienz garantiert. Die zylindrische Konfiguration <strong>vergr\u00f6\u00dfert die W\u00e4rmeaustauschfl\u00e4che um 45 %<\/strong> im Vergleich zu herk\u00f6mmlichen V-f\u00f6rmigen W\u00e4rmetauschern und die \u00f6lfreie Turbocor-Technologie ist bekannt f\u00fcr niedrigen Energieverbrauch, Wartungsfreundlichkeit und geringes Gewicht. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist dieser Verdichter auch mit <strong>HFO-R1234ze<\/strong> kompatibel, das f\u00fcr dieses Projekt gew\u00e4hlt wurde. Dieses K\u00e4ltemittel garantiert dank eines GWP (Global Warming Potential) von 6 und eines ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential) von 0 eine geringe Umweltbelastung, wie sie vom Kunden gefordert wurde.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n<p>Die von Geoclima und Althermo gelieferte Anlage konnte die Energieeffizienz im Vergleich zur alten Schraubenverdichtermaschine mit einem <strong>EER von 3,7 W\/W<\/strong> drastisch erh\u00f6hen und die <strong>Umweltbelastung weiter reduzieren<\/strong>.\u00a0Dies hat zu erheblichen <strong>Einsparungen<\/strong> bei den <strong>Energie- und Wartungskosten<\/strong> gef\u00fchrt und eine <strong>hohe Rentabilit\u00e4t der Investition<\/strong> gew\u00e4hrleistet.\u00a0Die Vorteile sind nicht nur wirtschaftlicher und \u00f6kologischer Natur, sondern umfassen auch eine <strong>einfachere Wartung, h\u00f6here Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, geringere Abmessungen und ein geringeres Gewicht<\/strong>.\u00a0Trotz eine L\u00e4nge von 10 Metern mit 12 EC-Ventilatoren war die Installation effizient und einfach.\u00a0Das Ger\u00e4t ist <strong>AHRI-zertifiziert<\/strong> und mit einem Fern\u00fcberwachungssystem, einer kompletten Ablaufsteuerung und Energieoptimierung ausgestattet, was die Aufmerksamkeit von Geoclima f\u00fcr Details unterstreicht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Maschine unterstreicht auch unsere Besonderheit: <strong>Geoclima war der einzige Hersteller<\/strong>, der eine modulare, au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich leichte 1-MW-K\u00e4ltemaschine mit 7 Sektionen liefern k\u00f6nnte. Das Ergebnis ist eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche Energieeffizienz und eine geringe Umweltbelastung, die in perfekter Harmonie mit dem Engagement von John Lewis f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit und betriebliche Spitzenleistungen steht.
