Indem man den nat\u00fcrlichen Prozess des adiabatischen K\u00fchlens ausnutzt, wird hei\u00dfe und trockene Luft, welche normalerweise in die Luftk\u00fchlkondensatoren gezogen wird, durch ein feuchtes Medium gelassen, bevor es die eigentliche Kondensatorspule erreicht. Der Verdampfungseffekt verringert die Lufttemperatur sobald 8\u00b0C die Kondensatorwirksamkeit \u00fcbersteigt. Mit geringeren Kondensationstemperaturen wird die Effizienz des K\u00fchlsystems verbessert. W\u00e4hrend niedriger Umgebungsbedingungen wird das Verdampfungsmedium automatisch von der Vorderseite des Kondensators fortbewegt, um einen freien Durchzug von Luft bis zum Kondensator zu erlauben, wenn die Energiezufuhr des Ventilators auf &#8220;off cycle&#8221; verringert wurde. Energieersparnisse bis zu 25% k\u00f6nnen durch dieses System erreicht werden, was insbesondere in L\u00e4ndern mit hohen Umgebungstemperaturen effektiv ist.<\/p>\n<p>Die Einheiten der GHA ES-Serie werden auf einer selbsttragenden, geschraubten und verschwei\u00dften Metallstruktur zusammengebaut und mit Epoxidpulver\u00a0 mit einer Anti-Rostbeschichtung angestrichen, so dass sie f\u00fcr die Au\u00dfeninstallation geeignet sind. Alle Einheiten werden vollst\u00e4ndig verdrahtet und bereit zu Anbindung an die Anlage des Nutzers geliefert. Vor der Lieferung wird jedes Ger\u00e4t einem Test \u00fcber seine Arbeitsleistung unterzogen, wobei auch intervenierende Faktoren f\u00fcr das gesamte Sicherheitssystem und alle installierten Komponenten untersucht werden.\u00a0 Jede Einheit ist mit einem Niedriggeschwindigkeitsventilator und einem Kit f\u00fcr die Ger\u00e4uschisolierung des Kompressors (&#8220;Low Noise&#8221; LN-Version oder &#8220;Super Low Noise&#8221; LLN) erh\u00e4ltlich, falls das Ger\u00e4t in einem Bereich installiert werden soll, in welcher der Ger\u00e4uschpegel minimal gehalten werden
