><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Der Kunde ist einer der f\u00fchrenden internationalen Lagerhaus Fabrikanten. Im besonderen, arbeitete er an der Entwicklung f\u00fcr eines des gr\u00f6\u00dften weltweiten Lagerhauses f\u00fcr Einlagerung von Kartoffeln, Aufstellungsort Indien.<\/p>\n<h3>Einsatzzweck<\/h3>\n<p>Die Zielsetzung war die Entwicklung eine hoch effizienten Lagers, unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung die zahlreichen Probleme die die Einlagerung und Konservierung von Kartoffeln mit sich bringt. Das erste Thema war der hohe Energieverbrauch, der f\u00fcr den notwendigen Betrieb des Lagers erforderlich ist. Ein anderes bedeutendes Thema war die Anforderung von sehr engen Temperaturtoleranzen, die durch die spezifischen verschiedenen Lagerungsbedingungen der Kartoffeln erforderlich waren. Au\u00dferdem, der unterschiedliche Gebrauch von Kartoffeln erfordert verschiedene Temperaturen (von 4 \u00b0C bis 10 \u00b0C) und resultiert dann notwendigerweise in zwei Einstellwerten. Schlie\u00dflich, war es notwendig eine Anlage zu entwickeln, die in der Lage ist pl\u00f6tzliche Temperatur\u00e4nderungen, verursacht durch die unterschiedlichen Bedingungen wie: externe Klima\u00e4nderungen; T\u00e4tigkeiten innerhalb des Lagerhauses (\u00f6ffnen\/schlie\u00dfen der T\u00fcren etc.); die Tendenz der Knollen zu wachsen oder zu g\u00e4ren. Au\u00dferdem gab es auch die Anforderung zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, dass wir mit verderblichen und essbaren Produkten handeln und aus diesem Grunde strickt die Konservierungsvorschriften eingehalten werden mussten.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima hat eine L\u00f6sung angeboten in Kombination mit einem Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler mit den nachstehenden Technologien:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Micro-channel W\u00e4rmeaustauscher Batterie<\/li>\n<li>EC Ventilatoren<\/li>\n<li>offene Schraubenverdichter<\/li>\n<li>K\u00e4ltemittel R717 (Ammoniak)<\/li>\n<li>Propylen Glykol<\/li>\n<li>\u201cMicrosmart&#8221; Mikroprozessor f\u00fcr die Ger\u00e4te \u00dcberwachung und Regelung<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Geoclima war ebenfalls in der Lage, dem Kunden eine Ausf\u00fchrung mit leisen Ger\u00e4uschwerten zuliefern und die Dimensionen entsprechend der \u00f6rtlichen Aufstellung anzupassen, dabei wurde eine sehr hohe Effizienz aber auch eine konseqeunte Leistung garantiert.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima hat zusammen mit der Baufirma des Lagerhauses die Anlage konstruiert und dabei eine Maschine entwickelt, die die speziellen Kundenanforderungen zufriedenstellend erf\u00fcllte, unter voller Ber\u00fccksichtigung des besonderen Sektors. Diese L\u00f6sung kann weltweit angewendet
