itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Hintergrund<\/h3>\n<p>Nampak Megapak ist eine Firma f\u00fcr Plastikverpackungen, und arbeitet in S\u00fcd Afrika auf dem Gebiet der Prozesstechnik f\u00fcr die Herstellung von Plastik Containern durch Blasform- und Spritzgusstechnik. Nampak hat zur Zielsetzung als umweltbewusster und verantwortlicher Betrieb zu arbeiten und am Ende war es sehr wichtig f\u00fcr Geoclima eine L\u00f6sung anzubieten die gute Leistung mit niedrige Umwelteinfl\u00fcssen bietet.<\/p>\n<h3>Zielsetzungen<\/h3>\n<p>Die Zielsetzung dieses Projekts war der <strong>Austausch von zwei vorhandenen Daikin Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchlern<\/strong>, ausger\u00fcstet mit Schraubenverdichtern und mit einer Leistung je Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler von 580 KW. Die Hauptzielsetzung dieses Projekts war die Reduzierung des Energiebedarfs, und gleichzeitig mit der Garantie hohe Leistung zu erzeugen.<\/p>\n<h3>Projekt<\/h3>\n<p>Das Projekt betraf die Entwicklung eines <a title=\"TMH\" href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/pro\/tmh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMH wassergek\u00fchlten Ger\u00e4tes mit Trockenk\u00fchler<\/a> und K\u00e4ltemittel R134a, zur Erzeugung einer<strong> Leistung von 800 KW<\/strong>. Der Turbomiser Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler k\u00fchlt das Wasser auf 10 \u00b0C ab, welches dann in die Produktion zur K\u00fchlung der Blasformen gepumpt wird.<br \/>\nDie Plastik Prozess Produktion, in der der Geoclima Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler installiert ist arbeitet unter sehr hohen Temperaturen: unter solchen Konditionen, erzeugt der Turbomiser bessere Leistungen im Vergleich zu Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchlern mit Schraubenverdichtern. Zus\u00e4tzlich hierzu, ben\u00f6tigt die Technik der Plastikfabrikation eine <strong>genaue und konstante Temperaturregelung<\/strong>: Turbomiser ist dabei bei weitem die beste L\u00f6sung, da diese konstante Leistung und stufenlose Regelung zusichert.<\/p>\n<h3>Ergebnisse<\/h3>\n<p>Bei einem Einsatz f\u00fcr Prozessk\u00fchlung, wie diese, ist die Energieeinsparung eine Schl\u00fcssel Bedingung. Mit niedrigen Anlaufstrom, reduzierten Wartungskosten und hoher Leistung, liefert Turbomiser die beste L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr diese Anwendungsart, Zusicherung niedriger Produktionskosten und als Konsequenz einen wertvollen Marktvorteil. Weiterhin versichert der Geoclima Turbomiser einen niedrigen Umwelteinflu\u00df welcher die Nampak\u2018s nachhaltige Gesch\u00e4ftskriterien zufriedenstellt.<br \/>\nDer Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler ist sehr leise und Megapak ist \u00e4usserst gl\u00fccklich mit der Leistung dieser Maschine.<\/p>\n<p>Mit diesem Projekt, kann Geoclima wieder ein anderes hi-tech System mit <strong>pr\u00e4ziser Anwendung f\u00fcr Prozessk\u00fchlung,
