Einer der bedeutendsten Prozesse auf die Sonac spezialisiert ist betrifft die <strong>\u00dcbertragung von Tierblut Produkten<\/strong> in hochfunktionale Produkte die in der Pharmazie oder in Farben, bindenden und verbessernden Fleischprodukten verwendet werden.\u00a0Im Besonderen, hat Geoclima dazu beigetragen ein System zu verbessern welches dazu dient Blut in Plasma umzuwandeln.<\/p>\n<p>Das Problem von Sonac besteht in der Notwendigkeit gro\u00dfe Mengen von Blut durch mehrere Vork\u00fchler von +36 \u00b0C auf +6 \u00b0C zu k\u00fchlen und dann in 20.000 l Tanks zu lagern, w\u00e4hrend die Tanktemperatur auf +4 \u00b0C gehalten werden mu\u00df. Um dies zu erreichen wird ein Solek\u00fchler eingesetzt mit einer Soletemperatur unter 0 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p>Geoclima erreicht diese Anforderungen durch Konstruktion und Entwicklung einer <strong>schl\u00fcsselfertigen L\u00f6sung, die in der Lage ist beides, sowohl K\u00fchlen und Lagern des Blutes damit zu erreichen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/tec.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-10060 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/tec-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"VHA zur Blutk\u00fchlung\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/tec-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/tec-450x300.jpg 450w, https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/05\/tec.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Die L\u00f6sung, die von Geoclima bereitgestellt wurde, besteht aus einem VHA mit Spiralverdichtern und 206 KW K\u00e4lteleistung, ausger\u00fcstet mit einem 2000 l Lagertank eingebaut im Solek\u00fchler. Der spezielle Solek\u00fchler enth\u00e4lt sowohl mehrere Hochdruck Vor-K\u00fchler Pumpen als auch Niederdruck Blut Pumpen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ausr\u00fcstung die von Geoclima bei diesem Projekt eingesetzt wurde, ist eine komplette L\u00f6sung die keine weiteren zus\u00e4tzlichen Zubeh\u00f6rteile oder Komponenten ben\u00f6tigt: <strong>das Blut wird sehr schnell durch die Vork\u00fchler abgek\u00fchlt und dann in die Lagertanks gelagert<\/strong>, bis dieses f\u00fcr den Produktionsprozess ben\u00f6tigt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Geoclima wurde ausgew\u00e4hlt wegen der Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, Qualit\u00e4t und Sicherheit gemeinsam mit einem zugesicherten Hochleistungsprodukt welches entscheidend in einem so einem delikaten und einzigartigen Industrieunternehmen wie bei Sonac betrieben wird.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Geoclima konstruierte und entwickelte ein sehr bedeutendes und innovatives Projekt f\u00fcr Sonac.
