{"id":10475,"date":"2020-08-27T15:12:12","date_gmt":"2020-08-27T13:12:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/the-advantage-of-being-sustainable-2\/"},"modified":"2020-08-31T15:07:51","modified_gmt":"2020-08-31T13:07:51","slug":"der-vorteil-nachhaltig-zu-sein","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/der-vorteil-nachhaltig-zu-sein\/","title":{"rendered":"Der Vorteil, nachhaltig zu sein"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Eine neue Untersuchung von der Cambridge Universit\u00e4t zeigt einen engen Zusammenhang zwischen der Nachhaltigkeit von Geb\u00e4uden und ihrer finanziellen Leistung.<\/p>\n<p>Die Studie wurde von der <a href=\"https:\/\/carbonwarroom.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Carbon War Room<\/a>, einer gemeinn\u00fctzigen Organisation, die die Einf\u00fchrung von Gesch\u00e4ftsl\u00f6sungen zur Reduzierung der Kohlendioxidemissionen und damit zur Entwicklung einer nachhaltigeren Wirtschaft f\u00f6rdert, an die Universit\u00e4t von Cambridge in Auftrag gegeben.
