Es handelte sich um 4 St\u00fcck luftgek\u00fchlte W\u00e4rmepumpen mit jeweils 4 St\u00fcck Scroll-Verdichtern.<\/p>\n<p>Wie bei Geoclima \u00fcblich, wurden auch diese 4 St\u00fcck W\u00e4rmepumpen vor Auslieferung und in Anwesenheit des Kunden auf dem hauseigenen Pr\u00fcfstand getestet.<\/p>\n<p>Dank unserer Klimakammer und unseres Pr\u00fcfstandes konnten die <strong>Betriebsbedingungen am Installationsort simuliert werden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Ger\u00e4te wie beschrieben sowohl f\u00fcr die K\u00fchlung wie auch f\u00fcr die Heizung verwendet werden, mussten sowohl die <strong>Sommerbedingungen<\/strong> mit Au\u00dfentemperaturen bis <strong>35\u00b0C<\/strong>, wie auch die <strong>Winterbedingungen<\/strong> mit Au\u00dfentemperaturen bis <strong>-4\u00b0C<\/strong> simuliert werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Ger\u00e4te wurden so dimensioniert und ausgelegt, dass diese im Sommer eine <strong>K\u00fchlleistung von<br \/>\n460 kW<\/strong> liefern k\u00f6nnen, und im Winter eine <strong>Heizleistung von 372.8 kW<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Jedes Ger\u00e4t wurde einzeln, gem\u00e4\u00df den Eurovent-Kriterien und bei den entsprechenden Au\u00dfentemperaturen getestet. Insgesamt wurden 4 Testpunkte durchlaufen \u2013 bei 100%, 75%, 50% und 25% Last.<\/p>\n<p>Die Hauptschwierigkeit stellte der Winterfall dar. Die Lufttemperatur der Betriebsluft musste bis auf Minustemperaturen abgek\u00fchlt werden, w\u00e4hrend au\u00dferhalb der Klimakabine Temperaturen von<br \/>\nca. 13\u00b0C herrschten. Aber f\u00fcr Winter- und Sommerfall konnten die Betriebstemperaturen erreicht \u2013 ja sogar \u00fcbertroffen werden. Das Resultat der Testl\u00e4ufe zeigte, dass die gew\u00fcnschten Leistungen erreicht wurden \u2013 im Winterbetrieb lieferten die Ger\u00e4te sogar mehr Leistung als ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den Leistungstests verlangte unser Kunde auch <strong>Schallpegelmessungen<\/strong> an den Ger\u00e4ten. Die Forderung waren <strong>max. 71 dB(A) in 5m<\/strong> Abstand. Die Messungen wurden In Anwesenheit des Kunden von einem zertifizierten Labor durchgef\u00fchrt, und zur vollsten Zufriedenheit aller Beteiligten abgeschlossen.<\/p>\n<p>Alle verwendeten Temperaturf\u00fchler, Transmitter, Volumenstrommessger\u00e4te und Druckmessger\u00e4te werden einmal pro Jahr von der ACCREDIA nach den AHRI Standards getestet und kalibriert (ACCREDIA \u2013 nationale italienische Zertifizierungsstelle).<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EgCQ4r3ibJo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00fcr ein spezielles Projekt entwickelte Geoclima eine reversible W\u00e4rmepumpe, um sowohl Heiz- wie auch K\u00fchlenergie zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen.
