{"id":14678,"date":"2017-10-26T14:31:16","date_gmt":"2017-10-26T12:31:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/turbomiser-improves-efficiency-in-telecommunication-data-center\/"},"modified":"2017-11-17T15:21:24","modified_gmt":"2017-11-17T14:21:24","slug":"turbomiser-verbessert-effizienz-im-telekommunikations-datencenter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/de\/turbomiser-verbessert-effizienz-im-telekommunikations-datencenter\/","title":{"rendered":"Turbomiser verbessert Effizienz im Telekommunikations-Datencenter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>F\u00fcr das Vodafone Pr\u00fcflabor in Newbury, kooperierte Geoclima mit dem Partner Cooltherm bei dem Austausch einer bestehenden veralteten K\u00e4lteanlage.<\/p>\n<p>Der Betreiber forderte ein robustes und effizientes System, um stabile Temperaturen f\u00fcr die Computertechnik in den R\u00e4umen einzuhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Das Projekt enthielt die Konstruktion und Entwicklung von <strong>3 Turbomiser luftgek\u00fchlten Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchlern mit einer max. K\u00e4lteleistung von je 400 KW<\/strong>, konstruiert um 280 KW bei 30 % Effizienz einzuhalten. Um 100% Betrieb des Datencenters w\u00e4hrend der Installationsarbeiten einzuhalten, wurde eine Ann\u00e4herungsphase so ausgew\u00e4hlt, je einen Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler \u00fcber einer Periode von vier Wochen auszutauschen.<\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Baustellenbesichtigung wurde noch festgestellt, dass die Anlage eine Kombination aus Direktverdampfer und Kaltwasser Computerraum K\u00fchlsystemausr\u00fcstung (CARC Ger\u00e4te) eingebaut ist, die l\u00e4ngere Zeit effizient waren, insbesondere bei den Direktverdampfer Systeme.<\/p>\n<p>Der Einbau von Turbomiser Ger\u00e4ten versichert gr\u00f6\u00dfere Vorteile in Bezug auf Effizienz und Energiekosteneinsparung, die noch weiterhin durch Umstellung der bestehenden DX CRAC Ger\u00e4ten maximiert werden k\u00f6nnte. Zu diesem Zweck und da die Ger\u00e4te in der Struktur in gutem Zustand waren, entschied das Projektteam, wie vorher besprochen, <strong>Wasserk\u00fchlbatterien zu konstruieren und die DX Batterien dadurch zu ersetzen<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Das gesamte Projekt (die Installation von Turbomiser Ger\u00e4ten und Wasserk\u00fchlbatterien) versichert maximale Effizienz und bemerkenswerte Energieeinsparungen, zus\u00e4tzlich zu Umweltvorteilen. Turbomiser Fl\u00fcssigkeitsk\u00fchler <strong>sparen alleine 10% Energiekosten ein, was in einem Monat lbs. 10.000,00 ausmacht<\/strong> und die umgebauten CRAC Ger\u00e4te ben\u00f6tigen 20% Energie weniger als zuvor.
