><h3>Antecedentes<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.champinter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Champinter<\/a> es una de las principales referencias en Espa\u00f1a del cultivo de champi\u00f1\u00f3n, con producci\u00f3n propia en toda su cadena, desde la Fase1 producci\u00f3n de su propio compost, pasando por la Fase2, Fase3 y por ultimo Fase4.<\/p>\n<p>Esta ultima Fase4 es donde se requiere m\u00e1s consumo energ\u00e9tico, por la refrigeraci\u00f3n que se necesita, para que el champi\u00f1\u00f3n se desarrolle los siguientes d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-1szyg4r-c2c44069c281075bbcea13f3570ce983 av_one_full  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_one_full  el_before_av_one_full  first ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Objetivos<\/h3>\n<p>En 2018, para la Fase 4, a trav\u00e9s de nuestro colaborador Instalaciones Frimavi S.L., se le suministr\u00f3 un equipo con compresores de Tornillo modelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/es\/pro\/gha\/\">GHA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tras comprobar el funcionamiento y su excelente comportamiento sin ning\u00fan problema en esos a\u00f1os, el cliente para su nueva ampliaci\u00f3n de la Fase 4 tuvo claro que deseaba continuar con la confiabilidad de los equipos Geoclima.<\/p>\n<p>Los objetivos de este nuevo proyecto, han sido obtener la m\u00e1xima eficiencia, confiabilidad y respeto al medio ambiente, reduciendo las emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column ><h3>Proyecto<\/h3>\n<p>Nuestra propuesta fue el suministro de <strong>2 unidades de 1000 kW<\/strong> de nuestro modelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/es\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Circlemiser<\/strong><\/a>, con Tecnolog\u00eda de Levitaci\u00f3n Magn\u00e9tica, bater\u00edas del condensador con tecnolog\u00eda microcanal circulares, tres Circuitos Frigor\u00edficos Independientes, con refrigerante de muy bajo Potencia de Calentamiento Atmosf\u00e9rico (PCA&lt;1 \u2013 5\u00aa R. de la IPCC) como el HFO1234ze, hacen de este modelo el Chiller condensado por aire m\u00e1s eficiente que existe en el mercado, <strong>+15%<\/strong> de rendimiento respecto otros chillers con compresores con necesidad de aceite para su lubricaci\u00f3n, con un <strong>COP de 3,998<\/strong> y un <strong>SEPR de 8,324<\/strong> con +35\u00baC de temperatura ambiente.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column ><h3>Resultados<\/h3>\n<p>Una vez realizada la nueva instalaci\u00f3n y tras varios meses en funcionamiento, el desaf\u00edo de aumentar la eficiencia, reducir las emisiones de CO<sub>2<\/sub> y la fiabilidad del producto Geoclima, ha sido satisfactoria, <strong>cumpliendo todos los requisitos<\/strong> y mirando ya a nuevos retos.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column
