><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>Il<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.icehouse.com.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MediBank IceHouse<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0si trova a Melbourne, nel distretto di Docklands, ed \u00e8 il pi\u00f9 grande e prestigioso palaghiaccio d\u2019Australia.<\/p>\n<p>In applicazioni di questo tipo, poter contare su un sistema di refrigerazione affidabile ed efficiente \u00e8 essenziale per garantire una temperatura costante e uniforme, oltre che un continuo controllo dell\u2019umidit\u00e0 dell\u2019aria. In mancanza di un sistema di refrigerazione efficiente si rischia di incorrere in conseguenze molto negative, quali un\u2019eccessiva umidit\u00e0, con i problemi di condensa che ne derivano, e la formazione di irregolarit\u00e0 sulla superficie della pista.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Il cliente richiedeva la sostituzione del chiller esistente con uno nuovo e pi\u00f9 efficiente. Il chiller esistente presentava infatti dei limiti in quanto prevedeva solo il funzionamento a 80l\/s a -12 \u00b0C per la modalit\u00e0 \u201cice\u201d e che non teneva in considerazione il problema dell\u2019umidit\u00e0. Il progetto aveva quindi l\u2019obiettivo di <strong>risolvere il problema dell\u2019umidit\u00e0<\/strong> e di garantire un <strong>controllo costante e preciso della temperatura<\/strong>. Oltre a questo, vi era anche la necessit\u00e0 che il chiller potesse essere <strong>smontato e poi riassemblato<\/strong> all\u2019interno del vano tecnico.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto sviluppato da Geoclima ha visto la progettazione di un <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/pro\/ghh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GHH B2240 WT-04<\/a><\/strong>, con compressore a vite e una capacit\u00e0 di 770 kW. La grande particolarit\u00e0 di questa unit\u00e0 sta nell\u2019<strong>evaporatore<\/strong>, che \u00e8 stato progettato dalla divisione R&amp;D di Geoclima di concerto con i tecnici CROM, affinch\u00e9 fosse in grado di sopportare due modalit\u00e0 di funzionamento diverse: la <strong>modalit\u00e0 \u201cice\u201d<\/strong> a 80l\/s a -12 \u00b0C e la <strong>modalit\u00e0 \u201cdeumidificatore\u201d<\/strong> a 40l\/s. Una soluzione standard, come era quella precedentemente installata, non \u00e8 infatti in grado di sopportare entrambi i lavori, con conseguenti problemi o lato \u201cice\u201d o lato \u201cdeumidificatore\u201d: da qui la necessit\u00e0 di una soluzione appositamente studiata come quella progettata da Geoclima.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre che a livello di funzionamento, questo progetto ha rappresentato una sfida anche per quanto riguarda le operazioni di installazione. \u00c8 infatti risultato necessario progettare il chiller affinch\u00e9 potesse essere smontato e i singoli componenti trasportati sulla pista di ghiaccio e calati attraverso un\u2019apertura di 18800 mm<sup>2<\/sup> all\u2019interno del vano tecnico, dove il chiller \u00e8 stato poi riassemblato.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati<\/h3>\n<p>Grazie alla capacit\u00e0 di adattamento alle particolari condizioni di funzionamento e di installazione e all\u2019<strong>ottimizzazione delle tecnologie<\/strong> a propria disposizione, Geoclima \u00e8 riuscita a offrire una soluzione all\u2019avanguardia, in grado di soddisfare pienamente le esigenze del cliente finale.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":10824,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"footnotes":""},"tags":[],"portfolio_entries":[7683],"class_list":["post-10858","portfolio","type-portfolio","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","portfolio_entries-australia-it"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v27.4 (Yoast SEO v27.4) - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-premium-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Melbourne ice rink | Geoclima<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"Per le piste di ghiaccio, una refrigerazione efficiente \u00e8 essenziale per il controllo continuo di umidit\u00e0 e temperatura.
