><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>Il North Somerset Council \u00e8 l\u2019autorit\u00e0 locale dell\u2019area del North Somerset. Il cliente richiedeva la sostituzione delle due unit\u00e0 esistenti con un nuovo impianto per l\u2019installazione sul tetto dell\u2019edificio vicino al mare.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>L\u2019obiettivo del progetto riguardava la sostituzione dei due chiller esistenti con due nuove unit\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a>. I chiller esistenti da 569 kW ciascuno, oltre ad essere obsoleti, erano anche sovradimensionati per l\u2019effettiva operativit\u00e0 e occupazione dell\u2019edificio e presentavano dunque elevati costi di gestione e una minor affidabilit\u00e0 e controllo.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Per questo progetto Geoclima, insieme al proprio partner Cool-Therm, ha realizzato <strong>due unit\u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/pro\/tma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMA<\/a> Turbomiser<\/strong>, da 400 kW di capacit\u00e0 ciascuna. La principale sfida posta dal cliente stava nella necessit\u00e0 di <strong>assicurare continuit\u00e0 nel raffreddamento dell\u2019edificio durante le operazioni di installazione<\/strong>. A questo scopo, le operazioni sono state per la maggior parte completate al di fuori dell\u2019orario di lavoro cos\u00ec da ridurre al minimo l\u2019impatto sulle normali attivit\u00e0. Inoltre, l\u2019installazione ha richiesto particolare precisione in quanto gli attacchi delle nuove unit\u00e0 sono stati progettati per combaciare perfettamente con quelli gi\u00e0 presenti.<\/p>\n<p>Un altro importante aspetto da considerare era la posizione dell\u2019edificio vicino al mare, soggetta a forti venti e condizioni imprevedibili che avrebbero potuto ostacolare lo svolgimento delle operazioni sul tetto. Inoltre, a causa del rischio di corrosione metallica derivante dai venti provenienti dal mare e dall\u2019aria, le batterie alettate sono state opportunamente trattate con un rivestimento protettivo.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati<\/h3>\n<p>Le unit\u00e0 Turbomiser si dimostrano essere un\u2019ottima soluzione per questo tipo di applicazione, in quanto in grado di assicurare non solo elevate prestazioni ma anche vantaggi significativi in termini di risparmio energetico. A riprova di ci\u00f2, il North Somerset Council riporta una <strong>riduzione dei costi energetici di \u00a31000 a
