itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>Il \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.dssrc.com.hk\/dssrc\/Main.do\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Disciplined Services Sports and Recreation Club<\/a>\u201d \u00e8 un centro sportivo e ricreativo di Hong Kong, che si sviluppa all\u2019interno di due edifici di 6 piani ciascuno, per una superficie complessiva di oltre 17000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. Il centro \u00e8 gestito dalla \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kaishing.hk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kai Shing Management Services Limited<\/a>\u201d, mentre la propriet\u00e0 \u00e8 del governo di Hong Kong: per l\u2019assegnazione del progetto \u00e8 stata infatti indetta una <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emsd.gov.hk\/emsd\/eng\/tenders\/detail.shtml#1023EM13W\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gara<\/a>\u00a0e tutta la progettazione \u00e8 stata supervisionata dal \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.emsd.gov.hk\/emsd\/eng\/welcome\/index.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Government Electrical and Mechanical Services Department<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto ha riguardato la sostituzione delle unit\u00e0 esistenti con due <strong>nuovi chiller con sistema di recupero di calore<\/strong>. I chiller dovevano essere installati sul tetto, vicino ai campi da tennis esterni del centro sportivo, e dovevano dunque prevedere una soluzione per la riduzione del rumore. Inoltre, le nuove unit\u00e0 dovevano essere collocate al posto delle precedenti: \u00e8 stato quindi necessario tener conto del sistema di tubazioni gi\u00e0 esistente, oltre che del basamento su cui far poggiare i chiller.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Per il \u201cDisciplined Services Sports and Recreation Club\u201d Geoclima ha realizzato due chiller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a> condensati ad aria da 900 kW ciascuno, con il 50% di recupero di calore. I chiller sono dimensionati per fornire condizionamento al 6\u00b0 piano, dove si trova il ristorante, e a tutte le aree dove vi \u00e8 la necessit\u00e0 di garantire un certo comfort ambientale.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie al sistema di recupero del calore, il calore prodotto dai chiller, che verrebbe altrimenti disperso, viene recuperato e reimpiegato per pre-riscaldare l\u2019acqua sanitaria per la zona piscina. Ne deriva una <strong>riduzione del consumo di energia<\/strong>, con conseguenti benefici non solo in termini economici ma anche ambientali.<\/p>\n<p>I due chiller sono stati installati sul tetto, vicino a uno dei campi da tennis esterni. Questa condizione ha richiesto la costruzione di <strong>box insonorizzati<\/strong> per i compressori, in modo da ridurre la rumorosit\u00e0 dell\u2019impianto e aumentare cos\u00ec il comfort acustico.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, \u00e8 stato necessario prevedere i collegamenti e la loro posizione sulla base del <strong>sistema di tubazioni preesistente<\/strong> e precedentemente sviluppato consulenti terzi. Si tratta di un sistema di tubazioni molto particolare in quanto presenta una soluzione per l\u2019isolamento termico: i tubi collegati ai chiller sono infatti contenuti all\u2019interno di altri tubi e lo spazio tra i due \u00e8 stato riempito con una <strong>schiuma isolante<\/strong>.
