><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>In un hotel di lusso situato a Southampton Row, a Londra, sono stati eseguiti ingenti lavori di ampliamento che hanno riguardato l\u2019aggiunta di diverse penthouse suite nell\u2019attico e di camere executive nel seminterrato. Per il sistema di condizionamento che serve queste camere \u00e8 stato necessario installare un nuovo chiller.<\/p>\n<h3>Sfide<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto ha dovuto affrontare diverse sfide logistiche legate alla posizione dell\u2019edificio: innanzitutto, l\u2019hotel \u00e8 circondato da strade molto trafficate e quindi era impossibile utilizzare una gru per posizionare l\u2019unit\u00e0. Inoltre, il chiller poteva essere installato solo sul tetto dell\u2019edificio adiacente le suite dell\u2019attico e ci\u00f2 comportava che la macchina fosse estremamente silenziosa durante il suo funzionamento.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>I nostri progettisti, insieme al nostro distributore Cooltherm, hanno sviluppato una soluzione ad hoc con un chiller condensato ad aria completamente smontabile e i cui componenti, incluso il gruppo idraulico, potevano essere trasportati manualmente sul tetto.
