><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima si conferma azienda leader della refrigerazione nel settore enologico. <a href=\"http:\/\/sutto.it\/it\/sutto-wine\/\">Sutto Family<\/a>, brand made in Italy presente in tutto il mondo dal 1933, ha incaricato Geoclima di realizzare un importante progetto <em>ad hoc<\/em> per il controllo di oltre 30000 hL di vino nei processi di fermentazione, vinificazione e mantenimento della sua cantina.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Le primarie esigenze del progetto erano assicurare all\u2019impianto i <strong>massimi<\/strong> <strong>livelli<\/strong> in termini di <strong>risparmio<\/strong> <strong>energetico<\/strong> e <strong>sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong> <strong>ambientale<\/strong>. Due punti cardine di tutta la nostra produzione e il motivo che ha portato Sutto Family a sceglierci per questa prestigiosa commessa.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Per la refrigerazione nei processi di controllo di fermentazione, vinificazione e mantenimento<\/strong> di oltre 30000 hL di vino, \u00e8 stato installato un chiller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Circlemiser<\/a> da 600 kW con compressori Turbocor, condensatori esclusivi circolari, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/dnc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">DNC<\/a> (controllo dinamico della rumorosit\u00e0) e refrigerante ecologico HFO-1234ze (GWP &lt; 1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per la refrigerazione nel processo di imbottigliamento<\/strong> di oltre 3000 hL di vino \u00e8 stato installato il nuovissimo modello <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/circlemod\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Circlemod<\/a>, un chiller modulare condensato ad aria da 100 kW con compressori semiermetici ad inverter, condensatori esclusivi circolari e refrigerante naturale R290 (GWP = 3).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Per mantenere tutto l\u2019anno costanti temperature e umidit\u00e0 della nuova barricaia<\/strong>, attualmente composta da 160 botti, \u00e8 stata installata un\u2019unit\u00e0 di trattamento aria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.climatech.at\">Climatech<\/a> da 7000 m<sup>3<\/sup>\/h, alimentata da un gruppo frigorifero a due sezioni, composto da un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/pro\/vse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">VSE<\/a> motoevaporante Geoclima e da un condensatore remoto modulare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.althermo.com\">Althermo<\/a> da 40 kW.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultato<\/h3>\n<p>Il risultato \u00e8 un impianto ad <strong>elevato contenuto tecnologico<\/strong>, in cui tutte le eccellenze Geoclima concorrono a fornire il livello di prestazioni richieste da un brand prestigioso ed estremamente attento alla qualit\u00e0 e al rispetto
