><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bracco.com\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bracco<\/a> \u00e8 un gruppo internazionale attivo nel settore sanitario e leader nella diagnostica per immagini. Ha circa 3420 dipendenti e un fatturato annuo totale consolidato di circa 1,3 miliardi di euro, di cui l&#8217;86% da vendite internazionali. Nel 2019, Bracco ha avviato il progetto Hexagon, un investimento da 60 milioni di euro, per la costruzione di un nuovo edificio multifunzionale a Ginevra che sar\u00e0 responsabile della produzione e della commercializzazione del suo prodotto di punta.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Per il sistema di raffreddamento del nuovo edificio, il progettista &#8211; Jacobs Italia &#8211; voleva il meglio in termini di efficienza, compattezza e silenziosit\u00e0 disponibile sul mercato. Quindi si sono rivolti a Geoclima affinch\u00e9 sviluppasse due chiller condensati ad acqua.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Progetto 1<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima ha progettato due <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a> condensati ad acqua con compressori centrifughi oil-free, per una capacit\u00e0 di raffreddamento complessiva di 1300 kW. I chiller sono progettati per utilizzare l\u2019HFO-1234ze, il refrigerante pi\u00f9 green al mondo (GWP &lt;1), e sono in grado garantire livelli di EER di 5.35 (W\/W)*.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Sviluppi<\/h3>\n<p>Le due unit\u00e0 fornite per il progetto Hexagon hanno impressionato cos\u00ec favorevolmente per prestazioni e affidabilit\u00e0 che il committente ha deciso di commissionare a Geoclima anche la sostituzione di due vecchie unit\u00e0 della concorrenza in un altro edificio, oltre allo sviluppo di un sistema di gestione (Building Automation System) per la rotazione ed efficientamento delle unit\u00e0.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Progetto 2<\/h3>\n<p>Per il secondo edificio, Geoclima ha sviluppato due unit\u00e0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/turbomiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Turbomiser<\/a> condensato ad aria con compressori centrifughi oil-free da 438 kW e un EER di 3.69 (W\/W)*;<\/li>\n<li>un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/g-range\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">G-Range<\/a> condensato ad aria con compressori a vite da 432 kW per un recupero di calore molto efficiente.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Anche per questi chiller \u00e8 stato scelto di utilizzare l\u2019HFO-1234ze per aumentare l\u2019efficienza energetica e ridurre al massimo l\u2019impatto ambientale.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10px;\">*Cooling kW\/RT\u00a0= 0.92 \u2013 Cooling EER BTU\/Wh =
