><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ringstedforsyning.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ringsted Forsyning<\/a>\u00a0\u00e8 un\u2019azienda che eroga il servizio di teleriscaldamento a 7.000 case unifamiliari, scuole, uffici e negozi, attraverso una rete di 124 km. Nel 2020, l\u2019azienda ha progettato il rinnovamento dell\u2019impianto di generazione di calore in chiave innovativa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Obiettivi<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il nuovo impianto permette di fornire la rete di teleriscaldamento in modo affidabile, a basso costo e con basse emissioni di CO<sub>2<\/sub>. Parte della riprogettazione si concentra sulle soluzioni di pompe di calore elettriche, utilizzando tecnologie innovative. Queste pompe di calore mirano a fornire il \u201cbilancio termico\u201d, <strong>recuperando calore da tutte le potenziali fonti per potenziare il sistema di teleriscaldamento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Geoclima \u00e8 stata coinvolta nel progetto da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danfoss.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Danfoss<\/a>, grazie alla grande esperienza che abbiamo maturato nell\u2019utilizzo di compressori Turbocor. Abbiamo progettato il primo chiller con compressori centrifughi oil-free nel 2004 e da allora ci siamo specializzati nell\u2019ottenere le massime performance da queste soluzioni. Tant\u2019\u00e8 che oggi siamo in grado di sfruttarle al meglio anche per sistemi che producono acqua calda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>L\u2019idea \u00e8 trasformare il calore che comunemente viene dissipato nell\u2019aria in acqua calda da immettere nella rete di teleriscaldamento<\/strong>. Per ottenere questo risultato, occorre portare la temperatura di condensazione a livelli considerevoli, sfruttando a pieno le capacit\u00e0 del nuovo <strong>Turbocor High Lift<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" id=\"style-css-av-kmzy0wic-e69d0c0043cf6bf8c0baed9a9959a665\">\n.avia-image-container.av-kmzy0wic-e69d0c0043cf6bf8c0baed9a9959a665 img.avia_image{\nbox-shadow:none;\n}\n.avia-image-container.av-kmzy0wic-e69d0c0043cf6bf8c0baed9a9959a665 .av-image-caption-overlay-center{\ncolor:#ffffff;\n}\n<\/style>\n<div  class='avia-image-container av-kmzy0wic-e69d0c0043cf6bf8c0baed9a9959a665 av-styling- avia-align-center  avia-builder-el-6  el_after_av_textblock  el_before_av_textblock '   itemprop=\"image\" itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\" ><div class=\"avia-image-container-inner\"><div class=\"avia-image-overlay-wrap\"><img decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\" class='wp-image-23297 avia-img-lazy-loading-not-23297 avia_image ' src=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/cooling.gif\" alt='' title='cooling'  height=\"450\" width=\"800\"  itemprop=\"thumbnailUrl\"  \/><\/div><\/div><\/div><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-kmzy0ehd-1439da92cf5d6116f0a3bd49319e5e81 '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>La nostra soluzione<\/h3>\n<p>Abbiamo progettato <strong>3 pompe di calore<\/strong>, con scambiatori di calore dedicati per sfruttare al massimo l\u2019efficienza garantita dal compressore. Le unit\u00e0 sono progettate per utilizzare l\u2019<strong>HFO-1234ze<\/strong>, il refrigerante pi\u00f9 verde sul mercato (GWP &lt;1).<\/p>\n<p>Si tratta di un progetto completamente su misura, anche dal punto di vista del layout: la sala macchine, infatti, ha uno spazio molto ristretto (2,7&#215;1,2 m), quindi abbiamo dovuto disegnare le unit\u00e0 con un <strong>approccio modulare<\/strong>, in modo che da poter assicurare estrema facilit\u00e0 di installazione, manutenzione e sostituzione dei componenti.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, grazie alla flessibilit\u00e0 del nostro <strong>software di controllo<\/strong>, abbiamo potuto effettuare una completa integrazione delle pompe di calore con il Build Management System dell\u2019impianto. Il sistema di monitoraggio da remoto, infine, ci consente di conoscere lo stato dell\u2019impianto in tempo reale.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati<\/h3>\n<p>Dal punto di vista di Geoclima, progettare delle pompe di calore cos\u00ec evolute \u00e8 un traguardo veramente importante. Stiamo parlando di macchine in grado di <strong>gestire temperature estremamente variabili, passando da 50 \u00b0C a 67 \u00b0C lato condensatore e contemporaneamente da 35 \u00b0C a 21 \u00b0C lato evaporatore<\/strong>. Soprattutto queste ultime sono temperature molto alte, se si pensa che di solito i compressori funzionano con 6\/7 \u00b0C in uscita. A ci\u00f2 va aggiunto il fatto che le unit\u00e0 devono anche garantire il controllo della temperatura a una portata d\u2019acqua variabile che poteva scendere dal 100% a pieno carico, a solo il 10%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Condizioni estreme<\/strong> che il nostro reparto R&amp;D \u00e8 riuscito a gestire in modo eccellente, realizzando un sistema ad alta tecnologia che rappresenta il punto di riferimento nelle <strong>soluzioni heating con basso GWP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie a questo innovativo impianto, Ringsted \u00e8 in grado di ottenere risparmi energetici elevatissimi e per il 2021 si aspettano di <strong>abbattere i livelli di CO<sub>2<\/sub> dell\u201988%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><div  class='avia-video av-kmx35cyv-cf6e9ccf4bdd2490f1b60aa07ea49fb8 avia-video-16-9 av-no-preview-image avia-video-load-always av-lazyload-immediate av-lazyload-video-embed'  itemprop=\"video\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/VideoObject\"  data-original_url='https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=hITb6Z0xKFk'><script type='text\/html' class='av-video-tmpl'><div class='avia-iframe-wrap'><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Ringsted DHC   Danfoss final   HD 720p\" width=\"1500\" height=\"844\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/hITb6Z0xKFk?feature=oembed&autoplay=0&loop=0&controls=1&mute=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
