><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/web.champinter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Champinter<\/a> \u00e8 uno dei principali riferimenti in Spagna per la coltivazione di funghi, con la propria produzione lungo tutta la filiera, dalla Fase 1 alla produzione del proprio compost, passando per la Fase 2, la Fase 3 e infine la Fase 4. Quest&#8217;ultima Fase 4 riguarda la refrigerazione e quindi \u00e8 quella in cui \u00e8 richiesto un maggiore consumo di energia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column ><h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Nel 2018, per la Fase 4, tramite il nostro collaboratore Instalaciones Frimavi S.L., \u00e8 stata fornita una soluzione con compressori a vite modello <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/pro\/gha\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GHA<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo aver verificato il funzionamento e l\u2019ottima affidabilit\u00e0 delle apparecchiature Geoclima, il cliente ci ha incaricato di sviluppare una nuova soluzione per la nuova espansione della Fase 4.<\/p>\n<p>Gli obiettivi di questo nuovo progetto sono stati ottenere la massima efficienza, affidabilit\u00e0 e rispetto per l&#8217;ambiente, riducendo le emissioni di CO<sub>2<\/sub>.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-18b7bij-2df71778abd2b52d54ed77255c8bddd0 proposto la fornitura di <strong>2 unit\u00e0 da 1000 kW del nostro modello <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Circlemiser<\/a><\/strong>, con compressori Turbocor a levitazione magnetica, batterie condensanti con tecnologia a microcanali circolari, tre circuiti frigoriferi indipendenti, con refrigerante a bassissimo impatto ambientale <strong>HFO-1234ze<\/strong> (GWP&lt;1 \u2013 5\u00b0 R. dell&#8217;IPCC).<\/p>\n<p>Queste soluzioni fanno di questo modello il refrigeratore condensato ad aria pi\u00f9 efficiente sul mercato, <strong>+15% di efficienza<\/strong> rispetto ad altri refrigeratori con compressore che richiedono olio per la lubrificazione, con un <strong>COP di 3.998<\/strong> e un <strong>SEPR di 8.324<\/strong> a temperatura ambiente di +35 \u00baC.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column av-j1pjt7-35dbd477c3c177cc21b3866326f1b49f av_one_full  avia-builder-el-10 diversi mesi di funzionamento, la sfida di aumentare l&#8217;efficienza, ridurre le emissioni di CO<sub>2<\/sub> e assicurare massima affidabilit\u00e0, \u00e8 stata superata con successo,
