><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uvasdoce.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Uvas Doce S.L<\/a> \u00e8 un&#8217;azienda agroalimentare dedicata all&#8217;importazione, esportazione e produzione propria di uva da tavola senza semi dell&#8217;Alto Vinalop\u00f3, nella provincia di Alicante (Spagna), con un&#8217;ampia variet\u00e0 di uve.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Gi\u00e0 nel 2016 abbiamo fornito a Uvas Doce un sistema di raffreddamento per i loro impianti aziendali. Soddisfatti delle prestazioni delle nostre unit\u00e0, l\u2019azienda spagnola ci ha incaricato di progettare un altro sistema per l\u2019ampliamento della produzione, dedicata al processo di manipolazione, conservazione e commercializzazione del prodotto, senza interruzioni alla catena del freddo. <strong>La priorit\u00e0 per il nuovo impianto era ottenere efficienza e affidabilit\u00e0 massime, riducendo le emissioni di CO<sub>2<\/sub><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Per soddisfare queste richieste, abbiamo progettato <strong>un chiller della serie <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/circlemiser\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cirlcemiser<\/a> da 580 kW<\/strong> con compressori centrifughi oil-free e la nostra tecnologia esclusiva a batteria condensante a microcanali circolari, in grado di aumentare la superficie di scambio del 45%. Inoltre, il chiller \u00e8 stato progettato per utilizzare l\u2019<strong>HFO-1234ze<\/strong>, il refrigerante pi\u00f9 verde al mondo con livelli di GWP&lt;1 (secondo uno studio IPCC del 2015) e classificato come A2L secondo la normativa ASHRAE 34.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati<\/h3>\n<p>Una volta completata la nuova installazione e dopo diversi mesi di funzionamento, la nostra unit\u00e0 ha soddisfatto tutte le richieste del cliente, offrendo ottimi livelli di efficienza con un <strong>EER di 3.60
