><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>Skandia \u00e8 uno dei maggiori provider a livello mondiale di soluzioni di qualit\u00e0 per il risparmio e gli investimenti a lungo termine. Situata nell\u2019innovativo distretto di Southampton, \u00e8 da sempre attenta agli approcci pioneristici per quanto riguarda i servizi energetici.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Gli uffici della sede centrale erano rinfrescati grazie a due chiller da 1.000 kW, ma le performance erano ormai scadenti e c\u2019erano spesso guasti. Lo scopo era dotarsi di un impianto pi\u00f9 efficiente ed affidabile. Inoltre, bisognava fare in modo che le nuove unit\u00e0 si adattassero alle tubazioni esistenti.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Una delle due unit\u00e0 esistenti era un chiller free cooling che richiedeva ogni anno il consumo di 20.000 litri di glicole. La nostra soluzione \u00e8 stata proporre <a title=\"TMA\" href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/pro\/tma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">due\u00a0chiller\u00a0ad aria\u00a0TMA con evaporatore allagato<\/a>, in cui i tubi dello scambiatore sono immersi nel liquido refrigerante, eliminando il problema delle glicole. Inoltre, per il problema dei collegamenti, abbiamo realizzato\u00a0due chiller speculari che hanno reso la sostituzione pi\u00f9 rapida ed efficace.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati<\/h3>\n<p>Grazie all\u2019innovativa tecnologia del Turbomiser, Skandia riesce ad ottenere un <strong>risparmio di 20.000 \u00a3\u00a0l\u2019anno in\u00a0costi
