itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><h3>Background<\/h3>\n<p>Nampak Megapak \u00e8 un\u2019azienda produttrice di imballaggi in plastica, operante in Sud Africa e specializzata nella lavorazione della plastica per la realizzazione di contenitori attraverso l\u2019impiego delle tecniche di soffiaggio e di stampaggio a iniezione. Nampak si impegna a operare nel pieno rispetto dell\u2019ambiente e, in questa prospettiva, era importante per Geoclima proporre una soluzione in grado di offrire elevate performance e un impatto ambientale ridotto.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi<\/h3>\n<p>Lo scopo del progetto era la <strong>sostituzione di due chiller Daikin<\/strong> con compressori a vite e da 580 kW l\u2019uno. L\u2019obiettivo principale era quello di ridurre il consumo energetico e, allo stesso tempo, garantire un funzionamento dalle elevate performance.<\/p>\n<h3>Progetto<\/h3>\n<p>Il progetto ha riguardato la realizzazione di <a title=\"TMH\" href=\"https:\/\/www.geoclima.com\/it\/pro\/tmh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">un TMH condensato ad acqua con Dry Cooler<\/a> e refrigerante R134a, con una <strong>capacit\u00e0 refrigerante di 800 kW<\/strong>. Il Turbomiser \u00e8 stato progettato per raffreddare l\u2019acqua e portare la temperatura a 10\u00b0C: quest\u2019acqua viene poi pompata all\u2019interno dell\u2019impianto per il raffreddamento dello stampo.<br \/>\nL\u2019impianto in cui \u00e8 stato installato il chiller Geoclima opera a temperature molto elevate: in tali condizioni, Turbomiser offre prestazioni migliori rispetto ai chiller con compressori a vite installati in precedenza. Inoltre, le tecniche di lavorazione della plastica richiedono un\u00a0<strong>controllo\u00a0della temperatura costante\u00a0e preciso<\/strong>: Turbomiser \u00e8 decisamente la soluzione migliore, in quanto \u00e8 in grado di offrire delle prestazioni e un controllo continui e costanti.<\/p>\n<h3>Risultati<\/h3>\n<p>In un\u2019applicazione \u201cprocess cooling\u201d come questa il risparmio energetico \u00e8 un elemento chiave. Con una bassa corrente di avviamento, una ridotta manutenzione ed elevate performance, Turbomiser si dimostra la soluzione migliore in questo tipo di applicazioni, portando importanti vantaggi in termini di costi di produzione e, conseguentemente, di competitivit\u00e0 sul mercato.
