In particolare, il progetto prevede lo sviluppo di 4 pompe di calore reversibili condensate ad aria con quattro compressori scroll ognuna.<\/p>\n<p>Ogni unit\u00e0 Geoclima viene sempre collaudata prima di essere consegnata al cliente, e anche in questo caso le unit\u00e0 sono state testate, alla presenza del cliente che ha richiesto di effettuare un witness test.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie alla camera climatica di cui \u00e8 dotato il nostro test center \u00e8 stato possibile <strong>simulare le effettive condizioni climatiche<\/strong> del sito di installazione.<\/p>\n<p>Per questo progetto, con unit\u00e0 in grado di fornire sia riscaldamento che raffrescamento, \u00e8 stato necessario simulare sia le condizioni in <strong>modalit\u00e0 estate<\/strong>, con una temperatura ambiente <strong>fino a 35 \u00b0C<\/strong>, sia le condizioni in <strong>modalit\u00e0 inverno<\/strong>, con temperatura ambiente <strong>fino a -4 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In modalit\u00e0 estate, queste pompe di calore reversibili sono state sviluppate per fornire <strong>460 kW di capacit\u00e0 di raffrescamento<\/strong>. In modalit\u00e0 inverno, con temperature anche negative, il progetto prevede <strong>372.8 kW di capacit\u00e0 di riscaldamento<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ogni unit\u00e0 \u00e8 stata collaudata, singolarmente, seguendo la normativa Eurovent, con simulazione delle temperature ambienti effettive. Le unit\u00e0 sono state testate a pieno carico e a carichi parziali: 25%, 50% e 75%.<\/p>\n<p>La difficolt\u00e0 maggiore ha riguardato la simulazione delle condizioni in modalit\u00e0 inverno, con temperature negative, quando all\u2019esterno del test center la temperatura ambiente era attorno ai 13 \u00b0C. Per entrambe le modalit\u00e0 estate e inverno, le temperature richieste sono state raggiunte e anche superate. Le condizioni progettuali sono state soddisfatte e, soprattutto nella modalit\u00e0 riscaldamento, \u00e8 stata raggiunta una capacit\u00e0 superiore a quella richiesta.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre a ci\u00f2, il cliente ha richiesto anche di effettuare un <strong>test sul rumore<\/strong> emesso dalle unit\u00e0. Il progetto prevede un <strong>massimo di 71 dB(A) &#8211; 5m<\/strong>: la condizione risulta rispettata e i test sono stati effettuati alla presenza del cliente e di un ente terzo certificatore.<\/p>\n<p>Tutte le sonde aria e acqua, i trasduttori, i misuratori di flusso e i misuratori di tensione vengono testati almeno una volta all\u2019anno da ACCREDIA, Ente Italiano di Accreditamento, e tarati secondo gli standard AHRI.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EgCQ4r3ibJo\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Per un progetto speciale, Geoclima ha progettato pompe di calore reversibili, che funzionano sia in modalit\u00e0 chiller sia in modalit\u00e0 pompa di calore.
