Our subsidiary company CROM, specialized in the manufacture of standard and special shell and tube heat exchangers, has recently achieved the ASME Certification for the manufacture of Boiler and Pressure Vessel (ASME BPVC). The ASME BPVC Certification Program conforms to the rules governing the design, fabrication, assembly, and inspection of boiler and pressure vessel components during construction. The ASME Certification is required in the US and in Canada and it is recognized in over 100 countries as a guarantee of quality, reliability and safety.

Geoclima expertise in shopping centers

Geoclima’s decade-long expertise in cooling solutions for commercial buildings has been recently employed in a new shopping center in Rome.

In commercial buildings, generally, besides for lighting, the 60% of energy consumption is spent for cooling and heating systems. From this perspective, it is important to rely on air conditioning systems that provide great performance and high efficiency levels. Geoclima solutions can meet these requirements and ensure a remarkable reduction in energy costs.

We started designing and providing HVAC solutions this sector back in 2009 for more than 50 supermarkets and shops in the UK, gaining strong expertise and competence in this sector. The latest project in this field we have taken part in is the big shopping center AURA in Rome: the entire air conditioning system is based on a centralized thermostatic ring system and we provided 6 evaporative dry coolers to dissipate the excess thermal energy of the thermostatic ring.

We at Geoclima are able to ensure maximum reliability as well as maximum energy efficiency,  which are paramount in commercial buildings.

Circlemiser is Air Conditioning Product of the Year at 2018 HVR Awards

The ninth annual HVR Awards took place at London’s Chelsea Harbour Hotel on Thursday 25 October, and the very best from across the heating and ventilating sectors gathered to be a part of the scheme’s biggest celebration to date.

Circlemiser was awarded “Air Conditioning Product of the Year“.  This award goes to “the coolest new air conditioning product or the development of existing technology in the market”.

The new Circlemiser chiller is one of the most efficient and innovative chillers available today with unbeatable EER, SEER and ESEER performance.

The unique technology is in the design and development of special cylinder condensers and the installation of cascade flooded evaporators.  The innovative Circlemiser product range uses microchannel condensers with the heat exchange surface increased by 45%, compared to traditional condensers.

We at Geoclima are absolutely delighted to have won HVR’s award for air conditioning product of the year. It reflects a great team effort on the part of everyone involved.

Geoclima Asia invited to conduct a seminar at the Royal Thai Navy

On September 26, the Geoclima Asia team was invited to conduct a seminar at the Public Works Royal Thai Navy Department.

The event attracted over 40 people from different sections of the Royal Thai Navy, like civil and mechanical engineers, service technicians and procurement officers. This particular department of the Royal Thai Navy handles projects for the construction and renovation of public building for the Royal Thai Navy, such as office buildings and conference halls.

During the seminar, our team introduced the brands and our achievements in the fields of HVAC, including the energy savings of the Turbomiser chiller, the low GWP refrigerant options and our philosophy of high customization.

The second part of the seminar was dedicated to low GWP refrigerants, which are still not as common in their use in South East Asia. The audience was therefore very interested to find out which are the low GWP alternatives out there, while Geoclima explained why it specifically chose the HFO1234ze refrigerant.

This event is a setting stone in building a relationship with the public sector of Thailand, where Geoclima Asia has both a factory and a sales office in Bangkok.
